She is an aspiring opera singer by night;  by day, Minnow works as a fingernail technician at the Golden Goddess Salon and Spa in Cardagain Village.  Millie Downout, when she is up and feeling her finest, is a great fan of Minnow’s and also a frequent client.  Millie is quite impressed by Minnow’s high C and believes that Minnow will grow to be larger than life as her career opportunities expand. 

The front of this card features a cartoon print of Minnow Fidgets. The center space is blank for writing your own personal description, and the back of the card features the Minnow's story and how he is involved with the town of Cardagain Heights.
