Billy Bopp wears his polka-dot cap and bow-tie ensemble—an outfit he calls "Business Casual for the Bleachers"—hoping a scout will finally notice his elite, professional-grade ability to catch stray popcorn with his eyelashes. When not attending ball games, Billy Boop is a software designer for Nutty Nerds Corporation. It has been rumored by none other than Telle Truth of the Cardagain Chronicle that the unassuming Billy Boop is really the brains behind the wildly successful video game, Poppycock, one of many Nutty Nerds newest market triumphs
