Meet Chef Marco, the undisputed maestro of the Sunday brunch rush, whose culinary skills are as much about acrobatics as they are about flavor. With his towering white toque perched precariously on his head and a mustache that twitches with every flip of the spatula, Marco transforms the kitchen in his popular bistro, The Brunch Crunch, into a high-stakes circus ring where sausages fly through the air like seasoned gymnasts before landing in neat stacks, ready to serve. Marco is quite the eligible bachelor and is considered a notorious flirt who is always on the lookout for just the right tart both in and out of The Brunch Crunch. Speaking of tarts, Marco’s tarts and eclairs are made nearby in his buddy Bruno Brownlow’s bakery.  Marcos popularity spans all walks of life. Princess Rubicon prefers Marco’s lean Italian sausages and fluffy pancakes to his French soufflés.  Fanny Flickers fancies Marco’s cream puffs.  Other frequent brunchers include Mayor and Mrs. Blinkly, Felicity Flambeau, and Miss Lily Prize; and it's a favorite, too, for the Puddlemires when they are in town.
