Aside from his general funny business, Wheeler can put a steering wheel or crank shaft in high gear faster than he can spin his head around. In fact, you are always invited to give Wheeler a 180 degree turn of your own. It holds the promise of not only a major mood swing for Wheeler but a change in perspective for you as well. Wheeler is married to Duplicity Turner. They reside in the Cardagain Heights neighborhood of Upside Downs, where together the two of them are constantly turning heads.

The front of this card features a cartoon print of Wheeler O. Turner. The center space is blank for writing your own personal description, and the back of the card features Wheeler's story and how he is involved with the town of Cardagain Heights.
